TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ELBOW RIVER CASINO

INTRODUCTION
By accessing or participating in the services provided by Elbow River Casino, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Services" means any gaming, dining, entertainment, or other activities offered at Elbow River Casino, including but not limited to table games, slot machines, poker room operations, Jester's Buffet, dim sum, live music, and sports viewing.
AGE AND ID REQUIREMENTS
Only persons of 18 years of age or older shall be permitted to gamble on the premises. Each player must produce a valid identification (ID) that bears their photograph and name in order to participate in any gaming activity.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY
Elbow River Casino is committed to providing responsible gaming services. We encourage players to set personal limits, take regular breaks from play, and seek assistance if they feel the need for help with problem gambling.
SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM
We participate in Alberta's self-exclusion program that allows players to exclude themselves from all licensed casinos for a specified period of time. By requesting participation in this program, you acknowledge that you will be denied entry into our premises and any other participating casino during the designated exclusion period.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are prohibited at Elbow River Casino: (a) engaging in fraudulent behavior or attempting to manipulate games; (b) tampering with electronic gaming devices or related equipment; (c) using unauthorized assistance to participate in any game; and (d) failing to meet wagering requirements for certain promotions or bonuses.
GAME RULES
Elbow River Casino operates according to rules and procedures that are subject to change without prior notice. All games offered by us, including slots, table games, poker, and live dealer games, follow a fair and unbiased algorithm as certified by independent testing bodies such as iTech Labs and eCOGRA.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made in the course of gaming activities must be settled with our cashier or other designated representatives within 30 days following conclusion of each gaming session.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Elbow River Casino reserves the right to terminate services provided, modify rules and regulations, cancel any game, tournament, promotion, or offer without prior notice.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
By participating in Services offered by Elbow River Casino, you acknowledge that (a) gaming can be unpredictable; (b) losing streaks are inevitable; and (c) our facilities may experience unforeseen disruptions which could affect gameplay or payment processing.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. All disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Albertan Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (AADR).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes a complete agreement between you and Elbow River Casino regarding use of our premises for gaming activities.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect as if such invalidated clause had been removed from these Terms and Conditions.
CHANGE NOTICE
Elbow River Casino reserves its right to update, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using Services offered by us, you indicate that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed with all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from participating in gaming activities within our premises.
